The rumored timeline places Half-Life 3 alongside both the Steam Machine and other upcoming hardware like the Steam Frame VR headset, all targeting a spring 2026 window. 



However, a significant factor potentially delaying official announcements is the current surge in PC RAM prices, which industry insiders say could affect both the hardware’s final cost and Valve’s marketing strategy.
