Invincible VS Season 1 Launches June 30 With New Fighters and Massive 2026 Content Roadmap
Quarter Up, the development team under Skybound Entertainment, has officially unveiled the first content season for Invincible VS, set to begin on June 30. The update introduces new playable characters, additional game modes, cosmetic content, and the first step in a long-term support plan for the fighting game.
Season 1 will add two new fighters to the roster: Universa and The Immortal. Both characters bring distinct combat styles designed to expand the game's strategic depth and offer players new ways to approach battles.
Universa is built around precision and resource management. Her combat effectiveness grows as her Boost Meter fills, rewarding players who can carefully manage momentum and maximize their opportunities during a match.![]()
Meanwhile, The Immortal focuses on relentless aggression and close-range pressure. His playstyle is centered around maintaining offensive control, allowing skilled players to overwhelm opponents and keep them on the defensive throughout a fight.
The update will also introduce a brand-new mode called Endless Arcade, giving players an additional challenge beyond traditional competitive matches. Alongside the new gameplay content, Season 1 includes various cosmetic items, balance adjustments, and quality-of-life improvements.
Quarter Up also shared its long-term vision for the game, revealing a substantial 2026 content roadmap. The plan includes three additional seasons scheduled throughout the year, with major updates arriving between seasonal releases to keep the experience fresh and evolving.
One of the biggest announcements from the roadmap was the reveal of Angstrom Levy, who is set to join the roster during Season 2 in October. The character will utilize dimensional portals and unpredictable movement options, allowing players to attack from multiple angles and confuse opponents with deceptive tactics.
Beyond gameplay updates, the studio confirmed that Invincible VS will appear at several fighting game tournaments throughout 2026. The move highlights the developer's commitment to building a competitive community and supporting the game's esports potential.
Inspired by the world of Invincible, the game features fast-paced 3v3 team battles and includes fan-favorite characters such as Invincible, Omni-Man, Atom Eve, Rex Splode, and Cecil Stedman.
With new fighters, a fresh game mode, competitive support, and multiple seasons already planned, Quarter Up is positioning Invincible VS as a long-term fighting game experience with ambitious post-launch support.
